Trademark Deposit Account
Definition:
An account that is established in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), upon payment of a fee for establishing such an account, for the convenience in paying any fees due, in ordering services offered by the USPTO, copies of records, etc.

Definition:
U.S. statutory provisions requiring annual review of trade agreement rights and foreign trade practices of U.S. trading partners that deny benefits to the United States or unjustifiably restrict or burden U.S. commerce.
Specimen
Definition:
A real-world example of how the mark is actually used on goods or in the offer of services. Labels, tags, or containers for goods are considered to be acceptable specimens of use for a trademark.
